"About The National Anthem"

The present Federal constitutional law established the National Anthem of the Russian Federation, its description and the procedure for official use.
In accordance with Article 70 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation approved the musical version and the text of the national anthem of the Russian Federation in accordance with Annexes 1 and 2 to the Federal Constitutional Law.
The National Anthem is the official state symbol of the Russian Federation.
The National Anthem is a music and poetry performed in the cases provided for by this Federal Constitutional Law.
The National Anthem can be performed in orchestral, choral, orchestral and choral or other vocal and instrumental version. This may be the means of sound and video recordings, as well as means of television and radio broadcasts.
The National Anthem shall be performed in strict accordance with the approved music and text editors.
- Of office of the President of the Russian Federation - after giving the oath;
- Of office of heads of government of the Russian Federation, heads of local government;
- The opening and closing sessions of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the sessions of the State Duma of the Russian Federation;
- During an official ceremony lifting of the State Flag of the Russian Federation and other official ceremonies;
- During ceremonies attending meetings and seeing the Russian Federation on official visits to foreign heads of state, heads of foreign governments, official representatives of foreign countries, as well as heads of international and intergovernmental organizations - according to diplomatic protocol;
- During military ceremonies - in accordance with military regulations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
- National Anthem can be performed:
- By erecting monuments and memorials;
- When opening and closing the formal meetings, on public holidays the Russian Federation;
- During other festive events held by state agencies, local governments, as well as governmental and nongovernmental organizations.
- Daily - before and after the broadcast, and at clock broadcasting - in 6 hours and at 24 hours local time;
- This night - hours after broadcasting the fight on the Spasskaya Tower of the Moscow Kremlin at 24 hours local time.
At official events in foreign countries implementation of the State Anthem of the Russian Federation shall be in accordance with the rules established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, with the traditions of the host country.
National Anthem performed at official ceremonies during sporting events in Russia and abroad - in accordance with the rules of this competition.
During the official performance of the National Anthem of the Russian Federation to listen to his present standing - men without hats.
If the performance of the National Anthem accompanied by the raising of the National Flag of the Russian Federation, the present turn to face him.
Performance of the National Anthem of the Russian Federation in the army, military ships and vessels regulated by the military regulations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
The use of the National Anthem of the Russian Federation in other musical works and other works of art allowed in cases and in the manner established by the President.
Performance and use of the National Anthem of the Russian Federation in violation of the Federal Constitutional Law, as well as abuse of national anthem of the Russian Federation shall entail liability under the laws of the Russian Federation.
The President of the Russian Federation and to the Government of the Russian Federation within three months from the date of entry into force of this Federal Constitutional Law to bring its regulations into conformity with this Federal Constitutional Law.
The present Federal constitutional law enter into force on the day of its official publication.
